City of gold signs with Sandman Studios to produce animated feature film
Digital technology will showcase award-winning epic drama of ancient Mexico.
Days after the lights went down at the trend-setting La Femme Film Festival in Beverly Hills, film and screenplay finalist Jeanne McKinney signed a production agreement for an animated feature film with the Principals at Sandman Studios - Shawn Neider and Stephen Sobisky - key providers of leading technology and creative services for film media.

City of Gold tracks success as an award-winning screenplay, a finalist in multiple film festivals and a premier screening of the City of Gold - An Eagle is Born Animatic film short. Jeanne's extensive knowledge of Mesoamerican culture and history is woven in the fantasies. She's dedicated to creating excitement about these lost tribes, their rise and fall - their dreams and passions now buried by jungles or under modern-day structures. "We can learn from them," Jeanne says, "and make our world a better place."

Sandman has the ability to create an amazing animated film - conquering the challenge of implanting soul in 3D humans. "Dream, Imagine, Create" is Sandman's motto. While doing what they love to do, they rival their competitors - providing the highest quality services at a lower cost. Sandman can insure the kind of excellence they've given to top Hollywood studios and Fortune 500 companies in producing City of Gold- An Eagle is Born - a riveting adventure to inspire, excite and entertain.

Jeanne and Sandman are raising funding capital and looking for distribution to produce this first film of the Trilogy. It's a human story, where imagination, art, technology, music, voice and visual effects can shine in digital splendor on the silver screen. Sandman will utilize the latest tools and innovative techniques for 3D modeling, lighting and stunning effects, created and rendered by top animators.

Jeanne says, "City of Gold is one teen's fight for freedom that can reach out and inspire all cultures, ethnicities and religions." Stephen Sobisky, Sandman's Head of Production, states, "We know we can exceed expectations and together with Jeanne create a fantastic film for all ages." The call of the Eagle Warrior beckons…
